Received only one item when you expected two or more?

Orders may be shipped from multiple fulfillment centers. Please check the shippment notifications first to see if there are multiple tracking numbers.

Not finding an order for a product you found on 1Sale?

If you left the 1Sale website to make your order, please check with the retailer you made your purchase from. Each retailer has a different return policy.

I need to report a problem with my order.

Returns

In some cases, we may be able to provide you with a prepaid label to help expedite your return process. The cost of the label will be deducted from the your refund amount.

If you are not using our label, we do encourage you to use a form of tracking. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Supplying us with this tracking number will ensure we can properly verify that the order was received to our Fulfillment Center. We do not take responsibility for returns that do not reach us.
