IMPORTANT NOTE: HAVING TROUBLE PAIRING YOUR SOUNDMATES?
In the event that your SoundMates do not pair properly, you’ll need to reset both earbuds. To do this, press and hold both multifunction buttons until you see the LED flash RED and BLUE alternately. Choose an earbud to be the primary and press its button TWICE. Once successfully paired, that earbud’s LED will flash RED and BLUE and the other earbud will not.
